Intellectual property
Our rights
moveos and its content, features and functionality are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and content you upload. By uploading it you grant us a licence to use, store and process it only to provide the services to you.
Licence grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use moveos for your business in line with these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitations
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moveos disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
moveos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination
Either party may end access at any time. An account ends when the invitation or the written agreement ends, or when you ask us to close it.
We may suspend or end your access immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms

- Fail to pay applicable fees
- Pose a security risk to our platform
On termination your right to use the service stops. You may ask for an export of your data within 30 days.
Governing law
This page does not choose a court. The written agreement for an account, when there is one, names the law that applies to that account.
Changes to terms
We may change these Terms. We post the new Terms on this page and update the effective date. Using moveos after a change means you accept the new Terms.
