Each of these is optional and off until you tick it, on a form or in your move portal. We record when you agreed, where, and the words below.
- News and offers by email: Send me news and offers by email. I can unsubscribe at any time.
- Review request after the move: After my move, ask me once by email to review the service.
- Photos of my move: Photos taken during my move may be shown, without my name or address, as examples of the work.
- Email open and link tracking: Measure whether I open your emails and click their links, to improve the service.
These are the words of version 2026-10-14; each consent keeps the version it was given under.
You can withdraw any of them at any time in your move portal, or by writing to hello@moveos.co. Withdrawing stops it from then on.
Third-party services
- Stripe, for card payments on invoices
- Google, for Maps, and for Gmail when a mailbox is connected
- Microsoft, for Outlook when a mailbox is connected
- Cloudflare, for hosting and file storage
These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Children's privacy
Our services are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. We post the new policy on this page and update the date above.
